Dartboard cabinets are usually of simple design and the design do not give any clue as to the contents of the cabinet. It’s a simple thing which hangs on a wall. Of course, to the uninitiated, it is usually non-descript with no indication that it’s a dartboard.

The dartboard itself could be made of fiber cord, wound rubber or heavy cork, and the keeping it in its own cabinet ensures that the board would not get warped that easily. With a dartboard cabinet, it can hang on the wall outside of the house or the garage, or the backyard, or wherever it would be convenient to play darts. A sturdy cabinet would make this sport really handy and the equipment safe from the elements.
